Silver Anatomical Heart Pendant

Lovely, very detailed small silver anatomical heart necklace on an 18" cable chain. The pendant is 1/3"x 1/4"x 3/4" in solid sterling silver and was carved, cast and carefully hand finished by the artist. It is tagged with the makers mark, PS. Available in black or polished silver.
