Lovely, very detailed small anatomical heart necklace in solid gold (14k or 18k) on 16" or 18" cable chain. The pendant is 1/3"x 1/4"x 3/4" and was entirely carved and hand finished in rich solid 18ky gold and tagged with the makers mark, PS.
